The inception of 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria was rooted in a vision: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to Naples. Established by the Bianchi lineage in 1985, our pizzeria was originally a quaint, family-run business with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, the trailblazer of our brand, mastered the craft of pizza creation while exploring Italy, gaining knowledge from renowned pizza chefs in Naples, the homeland of pizza. On her return to the UK, she was on a mission to emulate the essence of Italian pizza, honoring time-proven techniques and choosing only the best ingredients.
From a humble 12-seater eatery, we've become a cherished pillar in the community, yet our pledge to excellence and genuineness remains unchanged. We continue the legacy of using wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough from scratch each day, and choosing top-tier ingredients for our dishes.
'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is still under the guardianship of our founding family, with the Bianchi successors presently steering our devoted team. Although we've adopted certain modern conveniences, our core ethos endures: to serve delectable, genuine pizzas that unite our patrons.
